Restaurant Manager - English Speaking

As a Restaurant Manager in our busy and popular establishment in the vibrant city of Plovdiv, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards for food and service.

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in restaurant management, preferably in an English-speaking environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Experience with budgeting and financial management is also preferred.

In this role, you will be expected to lead by example and motivate your team to consistently deliver exceptional service to our diverse customer base. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
