We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Siauliai. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in motivating and guiding your team towards achieving their goals. This is an urgent position with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
