Babysitter - Bungoma, Kenya


We are seeking a responsible and experienced babysitter to join our family in Bungoma, Kenya. As a babysitter, your main responsibilities will include providing care, supervision and activities for our children. You will need to be attentive, reliable and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and supervision for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
- Monitor children's behavior to ensure their safety at all times.
- Communicate openly with parents regarding their child's progress, routines, and any concerns.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have experience working with Indian families.
- Previous experience working as a babysitter or in a related role is required.
- Must be available for part-time work during weekdays and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swahili is an added advantage).
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Knowledge of basic first aid is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
