Responsibilities:
- Operate punching machines according to specifications
- Measure and mark materials for punching
- Position materials correctly on the machine
- Adjust machine settings for different materials
- Inspect punched holes for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues with the machine
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Puncher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to understand technical instructions and use measuring tools
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
