Job Title: Experienced Plumber in Malindi


We are in need of an experienced Plumber to join our team in Malindi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in plumbing and must be able to work without supervision. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$. As we are an equal opportunity employer, this position is open to all nationalities, however, preference will be given to Pakistani and Filipino candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Read blueprints and follow building codes for installation and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber (minimum 3 years)
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and use plumbing tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Own visa for working in Malindi (this is mandatory)
- Pakistani or Filipino nationality preferred
