A reputable auto body shop in Shan, Pakistan is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Utilize various tools and techniques to repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies
- Perform welding, panel beating, sanding, and painting as needed
- Ensure all repairs are completed within the allocated time frame and according to safety standards
- Communicate with customers to discuss repair options and provide cost estimates
- Keep accurate records of repair work done and materials used
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of auto body repair techniques including welding, panel beating, sanding, and painting
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams/blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions for extended periods of time

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Pakistani vehicles or are familiar with local regulations.
