Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Eschen. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets high standards
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any changes made
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software
- Valid biometric passport (if not a citizen)
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Eschen
