Office Assistant (Indian)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Indian Office Assistant to join our team in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, be able to work part-time and have previous experience in an office setting.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payment processing.

This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks is essential. As an Office Assistant, you must also have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Triesen or the surrounding area. We welcome applications from women looking for flexible work opportunities.
