Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Triesen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses and preparing invoices
- Draft correspondence and prepare reports as needed
- Help with event planning and coordination
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
