Team Lead for Software Development Team in Acre, Israel

As a Team Lead for our software development team in Acre, Israel, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality products within specific timelines. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. As a leader, you will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, as well as identifying and addressing any performance issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in software development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You must have experience working in an Agile environment and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should have experience managing teams of developers and have a track record of delivering successful projects on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality products within specific timelines
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure efficient project completion
- Mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally
- Identify and address any performance issues within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure that all development processes are followed consistently by the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong technical skills in software development
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of developers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering successful projects on time

Salary: $1300 per month
