Teamlead - Indian English Speaking (Part Time)


Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to lead our Indian English speaking team in Acre. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of employees while also providing support and guidance to ensure their success. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400, perfect for individuals looking for flexible work hours.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Indian English speaking team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Train new team members on company processes, procedures, and expectations
- Communicate with upper management to report on team progress and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure smooth operations across all teams

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and an Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams
- Flexible schedule with availability for part-time hours

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM software
