Senior Architect


We are a fast-growing architecture firm based in the beautiful city of Acre, looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to junior architects
- Develop concept designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Oversee the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed architect
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively present ideas
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior architects

Salary: 1000$ per month
