Senior Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Acre. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from concept development to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural design concepts that meet client requirements
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the entire construction process and ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and on schedule
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into design concepts
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, as well as visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This position is open to all nationalities; however, proficiency in English is required.
