We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the organization's network and computer systems. This includes installing, configuring, and monitoring network hardware and software, as well as ensuring system security and backups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and proactively identify any issues
- Troubleshoot network problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, access controls, and other security measures
- Perform regular backups of critical systems and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Install software updates and patches to ensure system reliability and security
- Create documentation for network configurations, processes, procedures, and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience working with Cisco networking equipment
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1100/month
