We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our network infrastructure, ensuring its performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network administration, systems administration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network components.
- Monitor network performance, identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data from external threats.
- Install and configure new hardware and software to support company-wide operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to support system upgrades, migrations or other projects.
- Provide technical support to end-users for any network or system-related issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or systems administration.
- Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocols including DNS, DHCP, SMTP.
- Experience with configuring routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco preferred).
- Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify complex problems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or MCSE are highly desired.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus benefits including accommodation. Relocation assistance may also be provided for the right candidate.
