Preservation Architect - Sheduva, India



We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing historical documents and materials, and creating plans for the restoration and preservation of these structures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures
- Analyze historical documents, materials, and structural components
- Create plans for the restoration and preservation of historical buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor the progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation work done on each structure
- Stay up-to-date with current preservation techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, methods, and techniques used in historic preservation projects
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to clients, contractors, and other professionals

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
