We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Sheduva, a beautiful city known for its rich cultural history. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history and significance of the building or structure to be preserved.
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local and national regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop preservation strategies.
- Oversee restoration projects, ensuring they are carried out with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular inspections of preserved structures to ensure their structural integrity.
- Prepare reports documenting the progress of preservation projects.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and government officials regarding preservation plans and projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Strong understanding of historical architecture styles and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of local and national preservation regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
