Industrial Architect - Sheduva, Nepal


We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Nepal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main focus will be on creating functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for the industrial building projects
- Create detailed designs and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure proper execution of plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects in the team
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
