Our busy construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying final touches to various building projects, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply finishing materials, such as paint, stain, or varnish, to surfaces of completed buildings or structures
- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and free of imperfections before applying finishes
- Use various tools and techniques to create smooth and even finishes
- Match colors and textures for touch-ups or repainting jobs
- Inspect finished work for any defects or flaws and make necessary repairs
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with different types of finishes, such as wood staining or metal painting
- Certification in finishing or related field is a plus

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington (open to all nationalities)
