Sales Manager - Nakuru, Kenya
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local market in Nakuru would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus additional performance-based incentives.
