We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team for an urgent project in Multan, Pakistan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions within a tight deadline. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of project goals
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead in software development projects
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: 1500$ per month (without accommodation)
