Facade Technician

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facade Technician to join our team in Gujrat. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of exterior building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and accommodation will be provided. We also offer free visa and ticket for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure their integrity and functionality
- Repair any damages or issues with facades in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and integration of facade systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to facade construction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various facade systems, materials, and tools
- Physical stamina to work at heights and lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
