Facade Engineer


As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the outer surface of buildings, ensuring structural stability and aesthetic appeal. Your role will involve collaborating with architects and construction teams to develop facade solutions that meet client requirements and comply with safety standards. You will also be involved in site inspections, quality control checks and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade solutions for buildings based on client requirements
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and construction teams to ensure feasibility of designs
- Conduct site inspections to assess existing structures and gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and cost estimates for facade systems
- Oversee installation of facade systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction or maintenance of facades
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends, materials and technologies related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in facade design or construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards related to facades
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Location: Gujrat, India
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
