We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for welding and the ability to work with various types of metals. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and welding specifications, operating welding equipment, and ensuring the quality and integrity of the final product.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Operate welding equipment and tools including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate with team members to ensure proper coordination of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Familiarity with various types of welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to work in various positions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
