Entry-Level Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Commercial Architect. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards while staying within budget and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it adheres to the approved plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make any necessary adjustments or revisions to designs based on client feedback or project changes
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, technologies, and materials
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Time-management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Faisalabad

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in the field.
