Job Title: Temporary Barista in Karachi

We are hiring a temporary Barista to work in our café in Karachi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with light snacks and pastries. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all drinks are made to the customers' liking. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate all equipment necessary for the preparation of drinks, such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Maintain clean workstations and uphold sanitary standards at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist in restocking inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays
