We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in order to achieve company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed
- Set clear expectations and goals for team members and ensure they are met
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Motivate team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract position based in Lahore, Pakistan. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
