Teamlead - Lahore, Pakistan


As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and overseeing their daily tasks and performance. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. As we are looking for freshers, no prior experience is required. However, you must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and abilities
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve productivity
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide others
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Proven experience in project management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be provided with visa sponsorship. Accommodation is not provided as this job is suitable for local candidates.
