Facade Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This includes working with different materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade systems for new buildings or renovation projects
- Conduct site visits to assess existing facades and provide recommendations for improvements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of the facade design
- Source materials and oversee their installation
- Inspect completed facades to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction or maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in materials, and building codes related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a focus on facade design
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of different facade systems, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with building codes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders involved in the project
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore but may require occasional travel within Pakistan.
