Electrician Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team in Lahore. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely and according to code. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electricians and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all electrical work is completed safely and up to code
- Plan and schedule project timelines and ensure that they are met
- Inspect job sites to ensure proper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Train new employees on safety protocols, company policies, and technical skills
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various conditions including confined spaces or heights if required

Salary: 1400$ per month without accommodation. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa.
