Mason Supervisor


We are currently hiring a Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of masons for construction projects in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a mason and be able to lead and guide a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure that materials are used efficiently and according to project requirements
- Monitor progress of work and provide feedback to management
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise on site
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of different types of materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry work
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in different weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Preference:
This position is open to Indian nationals who have a valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
