Restaurant Manager


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and other employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create work schedules for staff based on business needs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: $1000 per month

Please note: This is a contract position with free visa and ticket provided. Applicants must have at least 12th grade education. Indian nationals preferred.
