Restaurant Manager - Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers and vendors
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
