Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait

We are hiring a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at our retail store in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your main goal will be to increase sales and enhance customer experience by showcasing our products in an appealing way.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- Create eye-catching displays that follow company guidelines and appeal to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and stocked on shelves
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotional events or sales
- Train and supervise junior merchandisers on proper display techniques and company standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with store management, suppliers, and customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Valid residence permit or ability to obtain one

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Visa & Ticket: Company will provide free visa & ticket for selected candidate
