Job Title: Merchandiser Coordinator


As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating merchandising activities and ensuring the efficient display of products in retail stores in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute product placement strategies, as well as monitor inventory levels and sales performance. This is a full-time position without any specific language requirements, making it suitable for individuals of all nationalities. No prior experience is necessary, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the merchandising team to develop product placement strategies that align with company goals
- Ensure timely delivery of products to retail stores and maintain proper inventory levels
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to product displays
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Communicate effectively with retail store managers and provide support as needed
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, and store managers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product placement decisions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or merchandising role is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English is a plus; fluency in other languages is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1600$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

This job is located in Al-Kuwait but open to all nationalities.
