We are seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, and accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked on time
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Train store staff on proper display techniques to maintain brand standards
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred:
- Nationality: Kenyan or other English-speaking countries (not a strict requirement)
- Location: Al-Kuwait (not a strict requirement)
