As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service. This includes managing staff, monitoring inventory and finances, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of restaurant staff
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
