English Speaking Moderator



We are in search of a skilled and dynamic English-speaking Moderator to join our team in Ufa. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and interactions on our platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all content is appropriate, engaging, and follows community guidelines. This is an urgent role, so we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions and interactions on our platform
- Ensure that all content posted by users follows community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with users to keep discussions active and respectful
- Identify potential issues or violations of community guidelines and take appropriate action
- Work closely with team members to maintain a positive online community environment

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- Previous experience as a moderator or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
