Computer Systems Analyst



We are currently seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our company's computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and requirements
- Designing and implementing new computer systems or updates to existing ones
- Testing new systems or updates to ensure they meet the desired outcomes
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise with computer systems
- Training employees on how to use new systems or updates effectively
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommending upgrades or changes as necessary
- Creating documentation and manuals for computer systems used within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of various operating systems, databases, programming languages, and networking technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Salary: 1000$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
