Industrial Architect

We are in search of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes creating detailed plans, conducting site visits, and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings, taking into consideration functionality, safety, and aesthetics
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and make adjustments to plans accordingly
- Work with contractors to oversee the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We also offer accommodation, free visa, and ticket for this position. Indian nationals with proficient English skills are preferred.
