Senior Architect - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all technical and aesthetic requirements. You will also provide guidance and support to junior architects and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and drawings for new construction or renovation projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Supervise junior architects in their work and provide constructive feedback
- Review project progress regularly to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the architectural field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other related software programs
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English language skills
