Senior Architect


Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of complex architectural projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to our junior architects, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for large-scale commercial, residential, and institutional projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings according to client requirements and building codes
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects on design concepts, construction methods, and materials
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Oversee budget management for each project and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes to continuously improve our design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation assistance for foreigners. This is a full-time position but part-time opportunities are also available.
