Fitter - Contract Position in Kaunas, Lithuania



We are currently seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the field and a strong work ethic.

As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical systems, such as piping and machinery. You will also perform maintenance and repairs on existing systems as needed. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read technical drawings.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Fitter and be able to work independently or as part of a team. It is preferred that the candidate has their own visa for Lithuania, but we are open to sponsoring the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and install mechanical systems according to technical drawings
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

- Experience working as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and ability to interpret them accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own visa for Lithuania (preferred) or willingness for sponsorship
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Nepali language skills not required)

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (candidates from Nepal preferred)
