Body Repair Master

A well-established auto repair shop in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in body repair and no English language requirement. We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for relocation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Perform various body repair tasks including dent removal, panel replacement, and rust repair
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure high-quality repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on progress of repairs
- Ensure all repairs are completed within allotted time frame and meet industry standards

Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in body repair within an auto shop environment
- Experience with various welding techniques, panel beating, fiberglass repair, and painting is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand vehicle specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, standing for extended periods of time
