Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, and buffing on various materials including wood, metal, and plastic
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate finishing of products
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the finishing process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing or related field is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
