Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set goals and targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team
- Analyze data to track progress towards goals and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
