Loader Operator

A fast-paced construction company in Eldoret is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Loader Operator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can efficiently and safely operate heavy machinery, specifically loaders, to load and transport materials around the job site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and transport materials around the job site according to plan
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks accordingly

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Previous experience operating loaders preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (open to applicants of any nationality)
