Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales in the region. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular reports to management
- Analyze sales data and use insights to improve performance and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and use insights for decision making
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
