Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our masonry projects in Triesen. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of masons and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of masonry techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of masonry projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Lead and manage a team of masons to ensure efficient work practices and high-quality results
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget targets
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project materials, costs, and timelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in masonry is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of masonry materials, tools, techniques, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards successful project completion
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
