Sales Manager (Lahore, Pakistan)
We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the same industry (at least 5 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
